Welcome to Iovaro. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the Iovaro website, services, and booking platform (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing the Platform or booking any activities, tours, or services through it, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using our Platform.

1. Role of the Platform

Iovaro acts strictly as an intermediary platform connecting users ("you", "User", "Guest") with independent third-party providers ("Providers") who organize and execute various activities, tours, and experiences. Iovaro facilitates the booking process and payment collection but does not directly own, operate, or manage the activities offered.

2. Eligibility and User Data

At present, Iovaro operates without a mandatory user account registration system. However, to successfully process a booking, users must possess the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts and complete the payment process.

Data Retention for Future Services: We retain this information in our secure database to facilitate your current booking, communicate important updates regarding your reservation, and ensure seamless customer service. Furthermore, Iovaro reserves the right to retain this booking data so that your historical reservations may be linked to a user profile should we introduce registered account functionality in the future.

3. Booking and Payment Terms

All bookings made through Iovaro are subject to the availability of the respective Provider. A reservation is only considered confirmed once full payment has been successfully processed and a confirmation communication has been issued.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Due to the logistical commitments required by our Providers to organize activities, Iovaro enforces a strict cancellation policy. Please read the following rules carefully before completing your reservation.

4.1 Standard User Cancellations (No Refunds)

Once a reservation is confirmed and payment is processed, all sales are final. Users are not permitted to cancel their booking for a refund due to changes in personal plans, travel delays, or general changes of mind.

4.2 Exceptions for Serious Circumstances

We recognize that severe, unforeseen emergencies occur. If a user must cancel due to a serious reason (e.g., severe health emergencies, hospitalization), an exception may be requested under the following strict conditions:

Your safety is our priority. If an activity must be canceled by the Provider or by Iovaro due to factors that make the tour impossible or unsafe (including but not limited to severe weather conditions, natural disasters, or unexpected operational hazards), the user is entitled to a full and automatic refund. We will notify you as promptly as possible should such a cancellation occur.

5. Third-Party Content and Services

Our Platform integrates certain third-party data to enhance your experience, such as aggregating and displaying location data and reviews via the Google Places API. Iovaro does not alter these reviews and cannot be held liable for the accuracy, reliability, or nature of third-party content displayed on our site.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Iovaro shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Platform or your participation in any activity booked through the Platform.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, text, graphics, interfaces, and code on the Iovaro Platform are the exclusive property of Iovaro and are protected by intellectual property laws. Users are prohibited from extracting, scraping, reproducing, or reselling any part of the Platform without explicit written permission.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Albania. Any legal disputes arising from these Terms, your use of the Platform, or the booking services provided shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Albania.

9. Modifications to the Terms

Iovaro reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
